SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Your order will then be sent promptly for fulfilment and dispatch. Your order is not able to be edited, added to or cancelled once submitted and finalised online.
Your order will be dispatched within three (3) working days (Monday – Friday).
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
If you place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed and sent out within three (3) business days (Monday – Friday).
Please note: shipping times are a guideline, and subject to change based on order volume, courier delivery delays, or other unforeseen and unavoidable events beyond Clean Swim's reasonable control.
Clean Swim Australia offers three (2) shipping methods for our customers upon checkout:
- FREE SHIPPING on orders $50 and over
- $10 FLAT RATE SHIPPING - Orders $0 - $49.99
- $15 EXPRESS FLAT RATE
Our Free Delivery is valid on:
• Orders over $49.99*
• For delivery in Australia
• And not valid with any other promotions
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders will be processed and shipped within 72 hours of the order being placed, within Monday-Friday.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Clean Swim does not currently offer international shipping as an option to our customers. Please note this is subject to change at any time
RETURNS:
To be eligible for a return:
1) the item must be not physically damaged
2) the packaging and/or product is faulty or you have had a reaction to the product (photographic evidence may be required)
3) the item was purchased online at our official store (cleanswim.com.au)
We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only r items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds and Exchanges can take up to 14 business days to be processed after we receive your return & investigate. Refunds (excluding the initial delivery charge) will be made against the original payment method used.
Process
If you meet the eligibility criteria above and would like to return your product, please contact hello@cleanswim.com.au and state the Order number and reason for return.
Please include whether you are requesting a refund or a replacement item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@cleanswim.com.au
An exchange can be made for an item of the same value. Please specify the item you wish to exchange for when you return the product.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to 14 Fisher Place, Narwee NSW 2209
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund/replacement after inspecting the item within 10 working days.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or generate a new Sales order to ship your replacement item.
Please allow 14 working days for the refunds to be approved by your purchasing merchant.
DAMAGED / FAULTY ITEMS
If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. Please notify us immediately by contacting us.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online.
I accidentally ordered the wrong product, what should I do?
If you have accidentally ordered the incorrect product, please simply return the unused item within 14 working days of delivery and follow our RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
